I have purchased tickets for this event. My Cubano husband is arriving in Canada in March. This concert is for the celebration of our second anniversary. It will be so amazing to have him here in Canada with me.
I would like to know about the seating at the Sound Academy and also info about the liberty lounge as I have purchased VIP tickets.
We also have reservations at the hotel for the weekend.
My husband is also a musician and a professor of music in Cuba – he is so excited to be attending this event and seeing this band live!
thanks for the opportunity

sophie send this to David, let’s see if he has an answer by showtime
so excited that they’re here…
question: i heard the chicos will be onstage at 11 instead of 10 (that’s the latest i heard, but could be misinformed)–does that mean the opening acts & dancing stuff will start later, too? i don’t wanna show up too early, but am trying to get an idea of when a good time would be to show up.
sorry if this is all being discussed on FB or whatever, but i can’t logon to that site from work…
mil gracias!
The show in Montreal was great. I’ve seen them a few times in Havana and they were ON last night in Montreal.
Some shots from the show.

The “Charanga Habanera” Show on Saturday in Toronto was in one word “Fantastico”….Great job Sophie and Juan…You are the coolest Suave Couple….BESOS!!!
My husband didn’t make it to Canada for the show but I attended and gave his ticket to another Cubano!
Well the show was just “amazing” and I enjoyed it immensely. It is really unfortunate that my husband didn’t get to see it but I will have to find another show for him to attend once he does get here.
It was a very impressive “show” in literally every way. As a “VIP” I was truly treated as a VIP including separate entrace, separated seating area with ’seating’, spearate washroom, a open buffet available all evening and posters and head shots were made freely available before the band joined us during intermission. The guys in the band were most gracious in allowing any and all to get autographs and photos. It was incredible how accessible they were.
The organizers deserve a huge round of ‘aplausos’. Quel RICO ROCO CONCIERTO!
